COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT RECEIPT OF SHAREHOLDER NOTICE

TYMLEZ Group Limited (ASX:TYM) ( TYMLEZ or the Company ) advises that it has received a notice ( Notice ) pursuant to section 203D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) on behalf of 10 Bolivianos Pty Ltd (Niv Dagan, sole director) ( Bolivianos ) regarding the intention of Bolivianos to move resolutions for the removal of two directors of the Company, being Mr Jason Conroy and Mr Rhys Evans. The Notice was received without prior notice to or discussion with the TYMELZ Board by e-mail at 2.46pm yesterday and requested resignation of the named non-executive directors by midday today, 27 April 2023.

Bolivianos has also informed the Company of its intention to issue a notice under section 249D of the Corporations Act to requisition a meeting of shareholders to consider the resolutions in the Notice and to propose resolutions to seek the appointment of Mr Raffaele Marcellino and Mr Fady El Turk as directors of the Company.

The Company will consider the Notice and comply with its obligations under the Corporations Act. Shareholders will be provided with updates as required.
