Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

Tymlez Group Limited (ASX:TYM) (the Company ) wishes to advise, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, that Ms Belinda Cleminson from Automic Group has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary of the Company together with Mr Justyn Stedwell, effective immediately.

Ms Cleminson has over 18 years’ experience as a Company Secretary of Australian listed and unlisted companies including ASX 200 clients. Ms Cleminson is the Company Secretary of various public and private companies, including ASX, NZX and OTC listed companies across a range of industries including investment management, biotechnology, media, healthcare and e-commerce. Belinda is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Belinda Cleminson and Mr Justyn Stedwell will be the people responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
