Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

NoviqTech Limited (“NVQ” or “the Company ”) advises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is intended to be held on Friday, 31 May 2024.

Any person wishing to be considered for election as a director must provide their nomination to the Company, which must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (AEST) on Friday, 12 April 2024.
