TYMLEZ Group Limited (ASX:TYM) ( TYMLEZ or the Company ) advises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is intended to be held on Wednesday, 31 May 2023.
Any person wishing to be considered for election as a director must provide their nomination to the Company, which must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (AEST) on Friday, 21 April 2023.
