O. headquartered inWypędy, from Lampart Group S. A. , headquartered in Warsaw. These sharesrepresent 10 percent of the share capital of Proguns Sp. z O. O. andwere purchased for a total price of PLN 100,000. As a result, The Issuernow holds shares representing 100 percent of the share capital ofProguns Sp. z O. O.
