Report Content The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its registered officein Warsaw (the "Company"), hereby announces the cancellation of theAnnual General Meeting of the Company convened for April 22, 2025.

The reason for the cancellation of the General Meeting is the lack ofnotification of participation in the said Meeting by any shareholder ofthe Company.

The Management Board will convene the Annual General Meeting again atthe earliest possible date, of which the Company will inform in aseparate report and on its website.
