KONG SUN HOLD<0295> - Announcement Kong Sun Holdings Limited (the "Company") announced on 18th April, 2000 that the dealing in the bonus issue of warrants (the "Warrants") will not be commenced on 2nd May, 2000. The reason for the delay is that approval for the bonus issue of Warrants has not been obtained due to the fact that quorum was not present in the Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") on 18th April, 2000. The EGM will be adjourned to a date not less than 14 days nor more than 28 days from the date of the EGM. Notice of EGM will be given to the shareholders as soon as practicable. The Company will make a further announcement in relation to the expected date of despatch of the Warrants certificates and the expected date of commencement of dealing of the Warrants.
