Possible acquisition of a few environmental protection related businesses.

Kong Sun is currently in negotiation with independent third parties in relation to the acquisition of one or more environmental protection related businesses. Such negotiations, including their terms and conditions, are preliminary and have not been finalized. They may or may not be materialised into formal agreements. Pending on the outcome of the negotiations, part of proceeds raised through the placing and subscription of Kong Sun's shares as disclosed in Kong Sun's announcement dated 7 June 2001 may or may not be used for these possible acquisitions. Shareholders and investors should exercise caution when dealing in the shares of Kong Sun.
