CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The Board announces the following changes with effect from 29 May 2012:

• (1) Ms. Tsang Kwai Ping has resigned as company secretary and authorised representative of the Company; and

• (2) Ms. Chan Siu Mat has been appointed as the company secretary and authorised representative of the Company.

The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of Kong Sun Holdings Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) announces that Ms. Tsang Kwai Ping (‘‘Ms. Tsang’’) has resigned as company secretary and authorised representative of the Company with effect from 29 May 2012. Ms. Tsang has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board and that there is no matter in relation to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Chan Siu Mat (‘‘Ms. Chan’’) has been appointed as company secretary and authorised representative of the Company with effect from 29 May 2012. Ms. Chan holds a bachelor degree in Accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Ms. Tsang for her valuable contributions to the Company during her tenure of services and warmly welcome Ms. Chan to join the Company.
