NOVATEK Published 2015 Annual Report and Accounts in Accordance with UK Disclosure and Transparency Rules

Moscow, 25 April 2016. OAO NOVATEK (the "Company") announced today it has published the Company's 2015 Annual Report prepared in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the UK Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The 2015 Annual Report is now available to view or download from the Company's website at www.novatek.ru/en, and an electronic version has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, which will shortly be available for review at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
