NOVATEK's Shareholders Approve Interim Dividends

Moscow, 1 October 2018. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") of PAO NOVATEK held on 28 September 2018 resolved to pay dividends for the first half 2018.

The EGM approved the interim dividend payment for the first half 2018 in the amount of RR 9.25 per one ordinary share or RR 92.50 per one GDR which is 33.1% higher as compared to the interim dividend for the first half 2017. The total dividend distribution amounts to RR 28,085,830,500.

The shareholders of record as at 10 October 2018 will be entitled to receive dividends.
