NOVATEK's Shareholders Approve Interim Dividends
Moscow, 2 October 2017. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") of PAO NOVATEK held on 29 September 2017 resolved to pay dividends for the first half 2017.
The EGM approved the interim dividend payment for the first half 2017 in the amount of RR 6.95 per one ordinary share or RR 69.50 per one GDR which is 0.7% higher as compared to the interim dividend for the first half 2016. The total dividend distribution amounts to RR 21,102,326,700.
The shareholders of record as at 10 October 2017 will be entitled to receive dividends.
