Purchase of Own Shares

Athens, 12 January 2026

The company under the trade name «NOVAL PROPERTY REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT» (hereinafter «Noval Property»), announces that, in the context of its own share buyback program according to the resolution of the Ordinary Meeting of its Shareholders dated 27/05/2025, during the period 02/01/2026 – 09/01/2026, it has acquired through the Athens Exchange 17,100 own shares in total, as follows:

Following the aforementioned acquisitions, η Noval Property holds in aggregate 273,261 own shares, i.e. a percentage of 0.2161% of the total number of shares of Noval Property.
