ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE H1 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS BRIEFING

NOVAL PROPERTY REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY (hereinafter "NOVAL PROPERTY" or "Company"), reminds the investment community that the announcement and publication of the H1 2025 Financial Results of the Company, will take place on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025 (following the end of the trading session of the Athens Exchange).

Furthermore, the briefing regarding the H1 2025 Financial Results of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025, at 15:00 Greece local time via an audio conference.
