Noval Property is completing the redevelopment of a mixed-use building, in the center of Athens, strengthening its footprint in urban development. The project is a new residential office building located at 40-42 Ardittou Street in Mets, with a total area of 4,300 sq.m. and a total leasable area of circa 2,600 sq.m. It consists of three floors of residences, a ground floor and a mezzanine with modern office spaces, as well as two basement levels with parking spaces.
