Noval Property acquires land plot in Marousi, Greece

Noval Property announces the acquisition of a plot of land with a total surface area of 241,67 sq.m., located in Marousi, Greece. The acquisition price amounted to EUR 221 thousand and it has been financed by Noval Property's own funds.

The plot of land is adjacent to an existing property, where Noval Property is developing a new, modern office building, integrating the principles of bioclimatic and smart design and aiming to obtain LEED certification at Gold Level.

Noval Property, committed to its investment program, continues to dynamically enhance its real estate portfolio, by investing, among others, in the development of high-quality, modern, and environmentally certified office buildings located in prime business locations, such as the wider area of Marousi. This way the company develops properties with high standards and creates value for its stakeholders.
