ANNOUNCEMENT

Athens, October 15th, 2025

The company under the trade name "NOVAL PROPERTY REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces to the investment community, according to article 17 par. 1 of Regulation (ΕU) Nr. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th, 2014 and article 2 par. 2 point (e) of the decision Nr. 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that, following the election of a new nine-member Board of Directors by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on October 15, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Mr. Georgios Koutsopodiotis of Dimitrios, as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Koutsopodiotis meets the eligibility criteria for his appointment, in accordance with the provisions of the Company's Board Member Suitability Policy, as approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on July 16, 2021.

Since November 2024, Mr. Georgios Koutsopodiotis has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Company. He possesses extensive experience in investments, real estate management, as well as project development, having served for several years as a senior executive within the ELLAKTOR Group, with responsibilities including Treasury, Concession Projects, and International Projects, as a member of the Board of Directors in companies within the ELLAKTOR Group and as Chief Financial Officer at AKTOR S.A.. In addition, he was a founding executive and Chief Financial Officer of Village Roadshow Hellas S.A. and has served as Chief Executive Officer of Dolphin Capital Properties as well as an executive at REDS S.A..
