On September 29, 2021, NOVAGOLD Resources Inc. (“we” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing our financial results for the fiscal quarter ended August 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
