NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF SHARES AND OPTIONS DESPATCH OF OFFER DOCUMENT
Nova Resources Limited (ASX:NVA) is pleased to advise that the Offer Document in connection with its pro-rata non-renounceable offer of New Shares and New Options as announced on 14 June 2018 ( Rights Offer ) and the Entitlement and Acceptance Forms have been despatched to eligible shareholders today. As previously advised, the proposed timetable for the Rights Issue is as follows:
