Non-Renounceable Rights Issue Fully Underwritten

The Directors wish to advise that the Company intends to raise $2 million through a fully underwritten non-renounceable rights issue of ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis at an issue price of $0.005 cents per share to raise $2,000,000. The rights issue of shares will be fully underwritten by Wilzed Pty Ltd, a company of which the Chairman and Managing Director of Quantum, Mr. JI Gutnick, is a Director. Shareholder approval for the underwriting will be sought at a shareholders meeting to be convened as soon as possible.

Meeting documentation is currently being prepared.
