Appointment of Aequs Securities to act as Lead Distributor and Arranger for the Non-Renounceable Rights Issue - Fully Underwritten

Further to the announcement on 16 March 2009 when the Company advised that it intended to raise $2 million through a fully underwritten non-renounceable rights issue of ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis at an issue price of $0.005 cents per share to raise $2,000,000, the Directors wish to advise of the appointment of Aequs Securities to act as Lead Distributor and Arranger for the non-renounceable rights issue.
