RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Melbourne, Australia 5 September 2018 : Nova Minerals Limited (“Nova”) wishes to advise that effective today Mr Olaf Frederickson has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Frederickson will remain as a consultant to the Company to assist with ongoing geological and business development requirements.

The Board would like to thank Mr Frederickson for his valuable insights and contributions during his tenure as a director of Nova and wish him all the best for his future endeavors.
