Notice Under ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 – AGM Date and Director Nominations
Nova Minerals Limited ( Nova or Company ) ( ASX: NVA, NASDAQ: NVA, FRA: QM3 ) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that:

Annual General Meeting (AGM): The Company’s AGM will be held on Tuesday, 11 November 2025 at 10:00 am (AEST) .

Election of Directors: One of the items of business at the AGM will be the election or re-election of directors.

Closing Date for Director Nominations: In accordance with the Company’s constitution and applicable legislation, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 11 September 2025 . Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00 pm (local time) on that date.

The Company will issue the Notice of Meeting, including full meeting details and agenda, in due course.
