Nova Measuring Instruments to Report Fourth Quarter & Full Year 2013 Results on February 18, 2014

(Nasdaq: NVMI) , provider of leading edge stand alone metrology and the market leader of integrated metrology solutions to the semiconductor process control market, announced today that it will release its results for the fourth quarter and full year 2013 before the market opens on February 18, 2014.
