Management to Present at Canaccord 36 th Annual Growth Conference and

Attend Jefferies 2016 Semiconductor, Hardware and Communications Infrastructure Summit

Rehovot, Israel, July 28, 2016 - Nova Measuring Instruments (Nasdaq: NVMI) , a leading innovator and a key provider of metrology solutions for advanced process control used in semiconductor manufacturing, today announced that Dror David, Chief Financial Officer, will attend two investor events in August:

· The Canaccord 36 th Annual Growth Conference - the presentation is scheduled at 3:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday, August 10, 2016. Mr. David will be available during the conference for one-one-one meetings. The conference will be held at the InterContinental Hotel in Boston on August 10 and 11.

· The Jefferies 2016 Semiconductor, Hardware and Communications Infrastructure Summit - Mr. David will be available on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 for one-on-one meetings. The conference will be held at the Ritz Carlton in Chicago on August 30 and 31.
