Nova Measuring Instruments Schedules First Quarter 2012 Results Conference Call for May 2, 2012 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time

REHOVOT, Israel, April 11, 2012 – Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (NASDAQ: NVMI), provider of leading-edge stand-alone metrology and the market leader of integrated metrology solutions to the semiconductor process control market, announced that it will release its results for the first quarter 2012 before the market opens on Wednesday, May 2, 2012. In conjunction with this release, Nova will host a conference call later that same day at 9 a.m. Eastern Time.

Mr. Gabi Seligsohn, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Dror David, Chief Financial Officer will review and discuss the results as well as other business developments, and will be available to answer questions.
