With reference to the above-cited subject, we would like to inform that Ms. Neha Soni (Membership No. FCS 13390), has tendered her resignation vide letter dated 15th May, 2026, from the position of “Company Secretary & Compliance Officer” (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f. 16th May, 2026 (closing of business hours) to pursue new professional opportunities. The Board of Directors have approved the said resignation vide circular resolution passed on 15th May, 2026.

The Company has received confirmation from Ms. Neha Soni that there are no other material reasons for her resignation other than those provided in the resignation letter.

The Disclosure as required under SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 and the resignation letter is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
