With reference to the above-cited subject, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, 9[th] August, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, have approved the Re-appointment of –

• Mr. Kiran Kumar Adapa (DIN: 09087754) as Independent Director for a second term of 5 years, w.e.f. 17[th] March, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 18[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company.

In compliance with SEBI Letter dated June 14, 2018, BSE Circular LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, and NSE Circular - NSE/CML/2018/02 dated June 20, 2018, we wish to confirm that Mr. Kiran Kumar Adapa (DIN: 09087754) has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other Authority.

The Disclosures as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11[th] November, 2024 is enclosed herewith as Annexure A .
