Appointment of Alternate Director

On the 26[th] of March 2009, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Michael Perich as alternate director for Mr. Ron Perich and Mr. Tony Perich.

Mr. Michael Perich is also a director of Arrovest Pty Limited, Leppington Pastoral Company and various other entities associated with Perich Enterprises Pty Limited. Michael is also a director of Contract Beverage Packers of Australia Pty Limited a joint venture equally controlled by the FNPL group and Arrovest.

Michael brings a wealth of experience in dairy farming and agriculture holding a directorship in the Australian Dairy conference. Michael also maintains affiliations with various groups and committees including NSW Farmers Association (Dairy section), Future Dairy steering group, Intensive Agriculture Consultative Committee and Dairy Research Foundation.

The board welcomes Michael’s appointment.
