TRADING HALT

The securities of Freedom Foods Group Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 20 March 2018.

Request for Trading Halt – Freedom Foods Group Limited

Freedom Foods Group Limited ABN 41 002 814 235 ( Freedom Foods ) requests the immediate implementation of a trading halt in respect of all of its securities quoted on ASX (ASX Code: FNP), to apply from the commencement of trading on Friday, 16 March 2018.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Freedom Foods provides the following information:

• (a) Freedom Foods is in the process of conducting a capital raising and is requesting a trading halt to allow sufficient time to complete the capital raising;

• (b) Freedom Foods requests that the trading halt remain in place until commencement of trading on ASX on Tuesday, 20 March 2018 or until its earlier announcement concerning the capital raising; and

• (c) Freedom Foods is not aware of any reason why this request should not be granted and of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
