FREEDOM FOODS GROUP LIMITED CHANGE OF DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Reference is made to the Freedom Foods Group Limited ( FNP ) Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2013 which announced that the date of the Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) was originally scheduled to be held on Friday 1 November 2013.

The board of directors of FNP announce today, that the date of the AGM will now be changed to Friday 29 November 2013 and held at DLA Piper Australia, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney at 12:00pm.

A Notice of AGM will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
