Creades AB (publ) ("Creades") överförde den 4 april 2013 tillgångar till sitt då helägda dotterbolag Sedarec AB (publ) ("Sedarec"). Aktierna i Sedarec skiftades ut till Creades aktieägare den 5 april 2013, varvid koncernförhållandet upplöstes. Härigenom minskar Creades innehav i nedan angivna bolag på sätt som framgår av tabellen, varvid Creades innehav efter utskiftningen understiger flaggningsgränser i Avanza Bank Holding AB, Concentric AB, eWork Scandinavia AB och NOTE AB. Av tabellen framgår antal aktier samt andel av röster och aktier som före utskiftningen innehades av Creades (direkt och indirekt via Sedarec) samt efter utskiftningen innehas av Creades.
