Update to Block Listing

Further to the announcements of 20th and 26th January 2021 regarding the block listing, Nostra Terra reports that a further 8,000,000 warrants have been exercised at 0.35 pence per Ordinary Share since the previous update on 26th January 2021. Accordingly, there remain 119,000,000 Ordinary Shares under the block listing.

As a result, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue and allotted stands at 695,520,534.
