ANNOUNCEMENT

NOS SGPS, S.A. hereby informs that a contract was signed today between NOS, SGPS, S.A, NOS LUSOMUNDO AUDIOVISUAIS, S.A., SPORT LISBOA E BENFICA - FUTEBOL, SAD and BENFICA TV, S.A regarding the television broadcasting rights for the LIGA NOS home matches of the Benfica SAD football team, as well as the broadcasting and distribution rights of the Benfica TV channel.

The contract will begin in the 2016/2017 sporting season and will have an initial duration of three years, renewable by decision of any of the parties for up to a total of 10 sporting seasons, with a global financial consideration of €400,000,000 which will be spread over progressive yearly payments.
