ANNOUNCEMENT

NOS SGPS, S.A. hereby informs that a contract was signed today between SPORTING CLUBE DE PORTUGAL - FUTEBOL SAD, SPORTING COMUNICAÇÃO E PLATAFORMAS, S.A. and NOS LUSOMUNDO AUDIOVISUAIS, S.A. regarding the following rights:

Television and multimedia broadcasting rights for the LIGA NOS home matches of the $(i)$ Sporting SAD football team;

• $(ii)$ Static and virtual advertising for the José Alvalade Stadium, Sporting SAD's home stadium;
• $(iii)$ Broadcasting and distribution rights for the Sporting TV channel;
• $(iv)$ Main Sponsor.

The contract will have a duration of (a) 10 seasons in regards the rights mentioned in (i) and (ii) above, beginning on 1 July 2018, (b) 12 seasons in the case of the rights mentioned in (iii) beginning on 1 July 2017 and (c) 12 and 1/2 seasons for the rights mentioned in (iv) beginning on 1 January 2016. The global financial consideration for the contract is € 446,000,000 which will be spread over progressive yearly payments.
