, following the decision of non-opposition by the Competition Authority on 16 June, the previously disclosed agreement with Tofane Global, S.A.S. IBASIS PORTUGAL and to supply NOS group companies with wholesale international voice and SMS services, which were previously provided by NOS ICS, has been fully executed.
