ANNOUNCEMENT
NOS, SGPS, S.A. ("NOS") is pleased to confirm that the auction for allocation of 5G frequencies, as well as other relevant frequencies, came to an end today.
With a total investment of 165.091.000 euros, NOS has bought all possible spectrum to explore 5G technology: 100MHz in the 3,6GHz band, 2x10MHz in the 700MHz band, 2x5MHz in the 2100MHz band and 2x2MHz in the 900MHz band.
NOS has met its strategic objectives for 5G mobile networks and secured the best possible conditions to deliver a high-quality network across the entire country.
