MONTERAY MINING GROUP LIMITED – REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Monteray Mining Group Limited (Company) requests a voluntary suspension of its securities from ASX, commencing 08 December 2014.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:-

The reason for the voluntary suspension is that the Company intends to make a material announcement in relation to an acquisition transaction.

The Company requests that the voluntary suspension continue until the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market.

The event which will end the voluntary suspension is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.

The Company is currently finalising the terms of the acquisition and expects to be able to release the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 in the coming days.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
