Market Release –Half Year Ended 31 December 2009 Result

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.1, Monteray Group Limited (ASX Code: - MRY) advises that its unaudited accounts indicate that the entity’s half year ended 31 December 2009 result is anticipated to show an improvement of approximately $1.87m on the previous corresponding period with the group expected to report a profit of approximately $230,000 for the 6 months ended 31 December 2009.

This is largely due to the sale of MRY’s investment in GPen Pty Ltd during the period.
