Norwood Systems Limited (ASX:NOR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Norwood Systems Limited (‘NOR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of NOR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 12 October 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 Norwood Systems Limited (ASX: NOR) (‘Norwood’ or ‘the company’), requests that ASX grant a trading halt in its securities with immediate effect pending an announcement by the Company of a capital raise.

The Company requests the trading halt remains in place until the commencement of trading on Tuesday 12 October 2021, unless before that time the Company makes an announcement.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
