Appointment/Resignation of Company Secretary
Norwood Systems Ltd (Norwood or the Company) (ASX: NOR) advises that Mr Stuart Usher has been appointed as Company Secretary and CFO, replacing Mr Steven Wood who has resigned from the role due to other work commitments.
Mr Usher is a CPA and Chartered Company Secretary with 25 years of extensive experience in the management and corporate affairs of public listed companies. He holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia and has extensive experience across many industries focusing on Corporate & Financial Management, Strategy & Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Investor Relations & Corporate Governance. Mr Usher is a Director of Geneva Partners, that provides full customer focused corporate advisory service offerings.
The Board would like to thank Mr Wood for his contribution to the Company over the previous five years and wishes him all the best for his future endeavours.
