Confirmations

Norwest Minerals Limited (ACN 622 979 275) ( Company ) provides the following confirmations to satisfy conditions for admission of the Company’s securities to quotation on ASX.

Completion of Offer

The Company confirms that it has issued 33,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share under the offer pursuant to the prospectus dated 18 September 2018 ( Offer ).

Completion under cornerstone subscription agreements

The Company confirms that all conditions precedent to the agreements between:

• (a) the Company, Australian Mines Limited (AUZ) and YF Chee Holdings Sdn Bhd relating to the issue of 15,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 under the Offer; and

• (b) the Company, AUZ and Merit Grace Global Limited relating to the issue of 5,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 under the Offer,

have been satisfied and the Company has completed the issue of shares under each of those agreements.
