BlueNord ASA: Ex Dividend NOK 34.75 Today
Oslo, 21 November 2025: The shares in BlueNord ASA ("BlueNord" or the "Company")
will be traded ex dividend of NOK 34.75 per share as of today, 21 November 2025.
The payment will be made on or about 27 November 2025, subject to registration
and announcement of the interim balance sheet with a balance sheet date of 30
September 2025 approved by the Company's extraordinary general meeting on 20
November 2025 in the Norwegian Register of Company Accounts.
This information is subject to disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5-12
of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and requirements under the EU Market
Abuse Regulation.
