Flagging Observatoriet Invest AS swaps NBX shares to Spenn Technology AS shares

Oslo, Norway - On 22th of May 2023, Observatoriet Invest AS sold its total holding of NBX shares, 10,889,329 in return of 837,640 shares in Spenn Technology AS (Spenn:CPH). The transaction equals 15.95% of the outstanding shares in NBX. After the transaction Observatoriet Invest AS holds 0 shares, but holds 15 MNOK in convertible debt in NBX.

Spenn Technology AS (SPENN:CPH) also announced its intention to launch a voluntary offer for the shares in Norwegian Block Exchange AS (NBX) see own notification.

Jens Glasø the CEO of Spenn Technology AS is expected to enter the board of directors of NBX at the upcoming General Assembly. Bjørn Kjos, the main owner of Observatoriet Invest AS, is expected to enter the board of directors of Spenn Technology AS, while keeping his board seat in NBX.
