MINUTES FROM THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

On 8. November 2022 at 14.00 hours (CEST), the General meeting was held in Norwegian Block Exchange AS at the Company's premises in Snarøyveien 36, 1364 Fornebu.

The agenda was to:

- Increase the number of members of the board to be in line with the demands of the e-money license

- Approve the draw facility of LDA Capital of NOK 100 million

- Approve the directed convertible loan agreement

- Approve changes to the Articles of association in accordance with these elements.

There was a change to Item 5 of the agenda - The approval of the Convertible loan. This was changed from NOK 16 550 000 to NOK 17 550 000 after a preceding board resolution to include one additional investor.

All items were approved unanimously.
