Norwegian settles trademark dispute with Bank Norwegian

Norwegian is pleased to announce that following constructive dialogue with Bank Norwegian, it has been agreed to amicably settle the dispute relating to the licensing and use of the ‘Bank Norwegian’ trademark. The agreement entails that Bank Norwegian will continue to use the ‘Bank Norwegian’ name under a new visual profile for the bank.

The parties’ CashPoints collaboration will continue as per today and the agreement will have no consequences for the ‘Norwegian Reward’ members.
