Approval of annual financial statements for 2016

The Board of Directors of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA has

determined the Financial statements including notes and the

Board's report for 2016. The Financial statements were

unchanged from the preliminary Financial statements

published on 16 February.

Earnings before tax (EBT) for the full year 2016 was NOK

1,508.3 million and net profit NOK 1,135.0 million.
