Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (NAS) - Mandatory notification of trade primary insiders

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (the “Company” or “NAS”) dated 27 May 2021 “Recommendations of the Nomination Committee”, and 4 June 2021 “Minutes from the annual general meeting 2021”. According to item 9, determination of compensation to the members of the board of directors a proportion of the annual renumeration subtracted tax is assumed to be invested in shares in the company.

The following primary insiders has today purchased shares in the company:

Mr Svein Harald Øygard, Chairman of the Board, has purchased 10,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 11.81 per share. After the purchase, Mr Øygard holds 1,534,281 shares in the Company.

Mrs Ingrid Elvira Leisner, Board member, has through Duo Jag AS purchased 10,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 11.74 per share. After the purchase, Mrs Leisner and related parties holds 12,927 shares in the Company.

Mr Sondre Gravir, Board Member, has purchased 3,760 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 11.96 per share. After the purchase, Mr Gravir holds 33,052 shares in the Company.
