Notice from Written Resolution

Today a Written Resolution was resolved pursuant to the notice of Written Resolution dated 8 January 2024 (the "Notice").

The Proposed Resolution (as defined in the Notice) was adopted according to the voting requirements of the Bond Terms and the Bond Trustee is authorised to take the necessary actions to implement the Proposed Resolution.

As the Proposed Resolution was adopted, the Issuer will pay an amendment fee in accordance with the Notice:

Record Date: 18 January 2024 Payment Date: 22 January 2024 Amount: 0.25% of the Nominal Amount of the Outstanding Bonds (as defined in the Bond Terms)
