The Annual General Meeting of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA will be held on 4 June 2021 at 12:00 CEST. In accordance with the temporary act of 26 May 2020 on exemptions from physical meetings, etc., the meeting will be held as a digital meeting with electronic voting due to the Covid-19 situation (please see attached guide for online participation).
